WHAT DOES IT COST?
Sobriety at the time of event. Although, we're real lenient & understanding, please just don't show up stumbling. Membership is entirely free and MOST events will be as well. Workshop volunteers will accept tips and we accept donations on our donations page!
I DON'T HAVE A CAR, IS THERE A CARPOOL OPTION?
Our goal is to make SCK events as easily accessible as possible for everyone. If you are in need of a ride RSVP to the event and send us an email, text, or call, and we will make sure someone is able to give you a ride to and from the event!
WHAT IF I DON'T CONSIDER MYSELF AN ADDICT OR ALCOHOLIC, CAN I STILL COME?
Yes, absolutely. Like it says on the main page: for many of us it took years, even decades to admit or come to the conclusion that we did not have control over our substance abuse. So even if you don't believe you are an addict/alcoholic, we would love to have you join our community to see the endless possibilities and opportunities that a sober life can bring to you!
CAN I SMOKE/VAPE NICOTINE AT EVENTS?
All we ask is that you be polite and respectful to others and whatever venue or place the event is held!
DO I NEED TO BE A MEMBER TO RSVP?
Yes... I think lol. However we will never send you random emails, all it will do is make it easier to sign up for future events and for us to keep you updated on news and new events. Membership is free and incredibly easy!
IS THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTION FOR PARTICIPANTS?
No. Everyone is welcome. Feel free to bring your friends and/or kids too!
WHY IS SCK THE RIGHT ACRONYM FOR THE GROUP?
Because we are sick in the sense that we all have a common "illness"Â and we're sick in the sense that we're fucking awesome. Come join us and be sick with us!
WHERE DO DONATIONS GO?
Directly back into events, planning, and resources. This allows us to keep most activities/events completely free!
DO I NEED TO LIVE IN COLORADO TO BE A MEMBER?
No everyone is welcome, even if you're just visiting!
CAN I VOLUNTEER?
Absolutely. We are currently looking for volunteers for anything. If you have any kind of skill that you'd like to share or teach please shoot me a text or call at 720-763-7761 and I will get back to you as quickly as possible!
